Shipping policy
Within Europe, we send parcels via fully insured services — DHL Express, DPD, InPost, or UPS, with tracking capabilities. Shipments within Ukraine are carried out by Nova Poshta, also with full insurance and tracking.
Delivery to other countries is performed via standard international mail, with tracking capabilities. (We do not sell items to residents of Russia and Belarus).
Please contact us if you wish for the watch to be sent by a different carrier.
After your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the parcel's movement in real-time on the carrier's website.
Your watch(es) and accessories are carefully packed in sturdy boxes and securely protected for safe transport.
All orders placed in our store depend on actual stock availability. Since watches are often one-of-a-kind, in the event of temporary or complete unavailability after order confirmation, we will inform you immediately. Depending on the situation, you will be offered an alternative option, an estimated delivery time, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Items are delivered to the address provided by the client during checkout. The client bears full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the provided information.
Important: Any return of a parcel due to an incorrect/incomplete address or refusal to receive it entails additional costs, which are paid by the client.
Preparation: Orders are usually prepared and shipped the next day after payment confirmation (excluding holidays).
Delivery times: Approximately 2–7 business days depending on the destination. For remote regions or international mail, the term may be 5 to 18 days.
Customs control: Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures.
Shipping cost is calculated individually depending on the value of the watch, its dimensions, and the country of destination.
- Taxes and fees: For all deliveries outside the European Union and Ukraine, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are not included in the shipping cost. They are the sole responsibility of the client.
- In case of refusal to pay customs fees resulting in the return of the parcel, logistics costs will be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with our Return Policy.
To ensure maximum security for valuable shipments, we reserve the right to route the parcel to the nearest pick-up point in case of logistical limitations or inability to hand the parcel personally.
We pay special attention to packaging vintage mechanisms. However, in case of receiving a damaged parcel:
- File a Damage Report (written claim) together with the delivery service representative upon receipt.
- Keep the parcel and all packaging materials.
- Take photo and video evidence of the damage for the insurance company and contact us.
If you notice an error in the address, email us immediately at info@horber-watch.com. Address changes or cancellations are only possible before the order is handed over to the delivery service.
