At HORBER WATCH, we treat every vintage watch we work with, with love and respect. Each model is not just an accessory, but a piece of history. That is why we approach our work with maximum attention to detail and responsibility.


SERVICING AND INSPECTION

Before a watch reaches its new owner, we perform full scheduled maintenance: cleaning, oiling, accuracy calibration, and replacement of worn parts (if necessary) — everything is done by professional watchmakers.

In addition, we carry out a three-stage check of the watch's accuracy and functionality under various wearing conditions to ensure it works stably and reliably. This helps guarantee that the watch you receive will be in excellent technical condition.


6-MONTH WARRANTY

We provide a 6-month warranty on the watch's operation from the moment of receipt. If technical problems arise during this period that are not caused by external factors (impacts, moisture, third-party intervention), we will perform repairs free of charge or offer another solution.


RETURN POLICY

Horber watch accepts return requests within 14 days of receiving the order. After this period expires, a refund or exchange becomes impossible.


ITEM CONDITION FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
  • The item must not show signs of use or intervention in the mechanism.
  • The set must be complete: all boxes, accessories, documents, and original papers accompanying the order must be present.

Please note: If the item is returned incomplete or with signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate the return procedure, first of all, you need to contact us via email to inform us of your intent. We will provide you with instructions on how to arrange the shipment, as well as the exact address for returns.

Important: Please do not send the item without prior confirmation from our support team.


REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping costs: The cost of the initial delivery, calculated based on actual expenses incurred by Horber watch, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Transaction fees: Commission fees applicable to bank card payments and certain bank transfers are non-refundable.
  • Customs fees: If Horber watch incurs import or customs fees as a result of the return, their amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Timeline: If the request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 21 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend first checking your bank account again, then contacting your bank or credit card company. RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are paid by the client.

Returns are accepted exclusively via courier services with parcel tracking capabilities and full cargo insurance. Responsibility for the integrity of the goods during return shipping lies entirely with the client.
